M6049 Series, 14 pin DIP, HCMOS/Clipped Sine Wave, 3.3 Volt TCXO/TCVCXO - Features tight stability and low phase noise over a wide frequency range. Ideally suited for a wide range of appliations such as SERDES, SONET, WiMAX, GSM, GPS, 3G & 4G, CDMA, Gig-E and other wireless communications systems. Low phase noise allows for use as a reference oscillator for PLL circuits in RF synthesizers and digital transmission systems.
