Quality Department
MtronPTI's Quality Department is responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Systems that are consistent with industry requirements. Quality personnel maintain internal standards such as ISO-9001 documentation, MIL Specs, and test and calibration procedures. Statistical analysis, failure analysis, process/product capability analysis, and other data management tools are used extensively in order to provide continual quality improvement in all MtronPTI products.

MIL-PRF-55310 QPL
MIL-PRF-55310 QPL Oscillators - Oscillator designs requiring military approval fall into two categories; those which have been subjected to formal QPL qualification under MIL-PRF-55310 and others too new and/or too limited in quantity to have been so certified or are built to customer's SCD (Source Controlled Document). MtronPTI does both in a MIL-STD-790 certified facility. See MIL-PRF-55310/30 for current actual requirments.
