Position Summary:

This position is for an engineering Intern Student majoring in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering major. Position requires student to work closely with manufacturing engineers on a variety of tasks which may include electrical / electronic assembly, component evaluations, process documentation, data analysis, etc. The selected candidate must be an enthusiastic self-starter willing to work closely with team members of various disciplines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build electrical / electronic assemblies as needed
• Review component details and document requirements (REACH, RoHS)
• Review qualification reports and create matrices of compliance
• Test and document product performance
• Document procedures and processes
• Assist in other assigned duties
• Work on various other projects and processes as needed

• None

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understanding of electrical / electronic components (resistors, capacitors, etc.)
• Self-starter and good team member
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education, Experience, & Training:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Work in an office environment.
• Minimal lifting requirements.
