Position Summary:

This position performs various job duties not limited to cycle counting, maintaining Kanban inventory and inventory transactions in ERP/MRP system as well as project managing these efforts. Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Inventory cycle counts of components and finish goods.
• Manage and report out on stockroom cycle counts and turns.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word, Outlook).
• Process all materials movement requests accurately and on time.
• Perform shipping, receiving and stocking of parts and supplies.
• Validate up to date shelf life on all perishable parts.
• Accurately process shipments in compliance with all procedures.
• Maintain Kanban inventory.
• Maintain stockroom FIFO.
• Project manage stockroom improvement projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) policies.
• Overseas shipping as well as customs experience required.
• Experience with carriers software and website UPS, FedEx, DHL required.

Knowledge, skills, & Abilities:

• Strong Computer skills.
• Able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
• Firm understanding of computer systems such as ERP / MRP systems, Shipping software, etc.
• Hand coordination and dexterity.
• Knowledge of electronics specifications and BOM experience helpful.
• Ability to work cohesively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Attention to detail.

Education, Experience, & Training:

• GED / High School diploma.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO preferred.
• Manufacturing/Technical background desirable.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Work in an office and manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift 20 pounds.
