MtronPTI’s new M6066 series Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) offers excellent phase-noise performance using non-AKM chip technology in an industry-standard 2.5 x 2.0mm ceramic package. Sinewave output. With typical phase noise figures of -98dBc/Hz at 10Hz and -162dBc/Hz at 1MHz offsets, coupled with low current consumption of around 2.5mA, this new model is ideal for many applications. Phase noise performance is increasingly critical for delivering fast data transfer such as GPS, GSM, and WiMAX as well as a very wide range of industrial applications.
M6066 series TCXO is available for quick samples and supports volume production.
